This power flow class is faster-paced and incorporates poses with conscious breathing to increase your mobility, strength, stability and cardiovascular stamina.

Modifications will be offered to help every pose be accessible regardless of experience level or pre-existing injuries.

Beginner Yoga classes

Mondays at 5:45pm

Ease into yoga with this slow-paced class designed for both beginners and those who want to rediscover yoga.

Learn foundational poses, how to modify them for your body and the benefits of each pose.

Learn breathing techniques that help relax the body and mind OR energize and reset your nervous system.

Enjoy guided meditation at the end of class and learn how to take meditation into your everyday.
