My teaching style is a mix of safe alignment, grounding breathwork, accessible flows, and just enough humour to let go of taking yourself too seriously.

Whether you can touch your toes or aren’t even sure where they are, my classes are for you. No flexibility required—just a willingness to show up, breathe, and maybe laugh at yourself a little.

I have taught yoga to everyone from Montessori preschoolers to seniors, seasoned yoga practitioners to weightlifters who had no idea what to expect.

My intention is always the same: to help you come back to yourself. No performance. No pressure. Just presence.
